What we are looking for

We are in search of an individual who tasks risks faces challenges head on. This is someone who can strike up a conversation with virtually anyone on the fly. Someone who if your life was on the line, you’d want them to be negotiating for you. This person would be comfortable with a fast paced environment while also okay with the on going effort of slow continual growth. This person loves to ask for advise and seeks out wisdom, yet usually has many people coming to them for counsel.

This person let’s their yes be yes, and their no be no. They’re committed to their word, and helps others stay accountable to theirs.

They would also LOVE talking to people full time, educating others, consulting them, and reaching out to people daily to see how they can be of service to them.

Someone who may already be amazing at their current career, and yet wouldn’t mind hearing about a new opportunity to grow themselves & their life.

Core Job, Duties, and Responsibilities

 
  • Practicing real estate & education

  • Calling sphere of influence, neighborhoods, vendors, and different leads to inquire on real estate needs for 2-4 hours each day.

  • Holding open houses to meet people

  • Showing homes to clients

  • Attending networking events

  • Negotiating and writing contracts on property

  • Scheduling & attending home inspections

  • Following up post-close to continue relationship with clients.

  • Working daily with team to ensure quality service is being provided.

  • Close 3-5 deals per month from leads generated
